Worked on various projects and developed brands and visuals in association with SMEs and International Clients for a decade.

    With many years of experience, I am a leader in top-level management consultancy, currently serving as the Global Head of Strategic Initiatives at Global Talent Development Solutions LLC.

    I have worked in the capacity of Senior Director of Brand Development and Creative Director in companies and have hands-on experience of the role.

  • Brand Identity

    I have spent majority of my career working on building brands by establishing a brand identity and then growing a brand image on that idendity.

  • Promotional Design

    Being a Marketing graduate, I have a knack and hunger for the next trending brand campaign. Working with various clients, I have an extensive experience in promotional design.

  • Packaging and Printing

    I love working on new brands and creating their brand identity from the ground up. With my experience of running Brand Office, I have developed practical experience on packaging and printing side of the design industry.

    Move forward and elevate, transform deliverables into products, and gain new skills through hands-on experience with emerging opportunities.

    Currently, I am the Global Head - Strategic Initiatives at Global Talent Development Solutions, a US-based consultancy firm specialized in Management and Strategic consultancy services. I have previously led as Manager (Global Team) at Aptara Inc. which is one of the leading L&D providers in the world. Leading one of their key accounts as a part of the engagement team leading Managers, Assistant Managers and Leads for project success. Previously, I have also led as Senior Manager at EI (formerly Tata Interactive Systems) - another multi-national corporation in the Ed-tech space developing learning solutions for its clients (among which are 70 Fortune 500 companies). In my journey, I have worked with clients like AT&T, Wharton, NYU, McGraw-Hill, Global Medical Response, American Medical Response, Emeritus, AIA Group, North Eastern University, and more.

    I like to grow within the organization, handle more high-revenue clients while polishing my skills to the next level.

    I am aiming to reach in the top-level management role in the coming years.

    I Help Grow Brands

    Functioned as Creative Head at Brand Office for almost 10 years, working with overseas clients, mainly MSMEs and individuals with a focus on achieving their short-term and long-term goals with their personal and/or corporate brand. During the course of this phase, worked with Bad Monkey beer brand and helped in their market penetration into the young target audience of the company. Coordinated and worked with multiple agencies to cut down their cost by outsourcing their work to vendor providers. Managed all aspects of the business from client acquisition to final delivery. Also trained and developed the human resource of the client to make the company self-sustained in its branding & design needs in the long-term.
